MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION

Learn MINDFULNESS practices in this 8 week program developed 30 years ago by Jon Kabat Zinn, PhD founder of Center for Mindfulness at UMass Medical School.  This course will help you develop a daily practice of mindfulness using meditation, body awareness, and gentle yoga as well as informal practices that bring mindfulness to daily life.
